Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions

Effective from 7 October 2026

1. Scope of these Terms and basic provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the use of the Lustiq online store operating at https://getlustiq.hu (the "Online Store") and to sales contracts concluded through the Online Store.

The operator of the Online Store and the seller is Natural Bond Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (the "Seller"). A person placing an order in the Online Store is referred to as the "Customer". A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, profession or business (the "Consumer").

By placing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms in effect at the time of the order. Before the contract is concluded, the Seller enables the Customer to read, save and print the Terms.

The language of the contract is Hungarian. A contract concluded through the Online Store is not considered a contract made in writing and is not separately filed by the Seller; however, order and invoicing data are retained in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.

The application of Hungarian law does not deprive a Consumer habitually resident in another European Union Member State of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.

3. Products and product information

The Online Store offers products associated with the Lustiq brand, including intimate wellness and relationship products, food products, dietary supplement-type products and other consumer goods. The current range, each product's main characteristics, ingredients, pack size, recommended use or consumption, price and, where relevant, allergen information and other mandatory product information are provided on the relevant product page and on the product packaging.

Product photographs may be illustrative. Minor visual differences may arise due to display settings, manufacturing characteristics or lawful changes to packaging, provided that these do not alter the product's main characteristics or infringe the Customer's rights.

Product descriptions are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised healthcare advice. The Customer must follow the warnings, dosage instructions and directions for use shown on the label, packaging and product page. Depending on the nature of the product, it may be appropriate to consult a healthcare professional in the event of a known allergy, pregnancy, breastfeeding, a chronic illness or the use of medication.

If information on the website differs from mandatory information on the physical product label or packaging, the Customer must take account of the current information on the physical product before using or consuming it and may report the discrepancy to customer service.

4. Age requirement

The Lustiq Online Store and its product range are intended for adults. Only persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity may place an order. By submitting an order, the Customer declares that they meet this requirement.

5. Registration and customer accounts

Where the Online Store provides an account function, the Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. The Customer is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and adequately protecting their own devices.

The Seller may temporarily restrict access to an account for security reasons where circumstances reasonably indicate misuse, unauthorised access or activity that threatens the security of the Online Store. Restricting an account does not affect mandatory rights arising from a consumer contract.

6. Ordering process and correction of data entry errors

The Customer selects a product and the desired quantity and adds it to the cart.

Before submitting the order, the Customer can check and change the products, quantities and applied discounts in the cart.

During checkout, the Customer enters or checks their contact, billing and shipping details and selects an available delivery and payment method.

Before the order is submitted, checkout displays the product prices, discounts, taxes, delivery charge, any cash-on-delivery charge or other separate charge, and the total amount payable.

The Customer submits an order that entails an obligation to pay by using a button or function clearly labelled to indicate that obligation.

Shopify checkout allows data entry errors to be identified and corrected before the order is submitted. The Customer is responsible for checking their details, particularly their email address, telephone number and delivery address, before submitting the order.

7. Offers, acknowledgements and formation of the contract

The product and price information displayed in the Online Store does not, in itself, constitute a binding offer by the Seller. By submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase.

The Seller promptly acknowledges receipt of the order electronically. An automatic "order received" acknowledgement, or an acknowledgement with equivalent content, confirms only the technical receipt of the order and does not, in itself, constitute acceptance of the Customer's offer.

The contract is formed when the Seller expressly accepts the order or electronically confirms that the order has been fulfilled or dispatched. If the electronic acknowledgement of receipt of the order does not reach the Customer within 48 hours, the Customer is no longer bound by their offer.

Before the contract is formed, the Seller may decline to accept an order, particularly in the event of an obvious technical error, lack of stock, reasonably substantiated suspicion of fraud, an address to which delivery is not possible, or failed payment. Any amount already paid for an order that is not accepted will be refunded by the Seller without undue delay.

8. Prices taxes promotions and obvious pricing errors

The consumer prices displayed in the Online Store are gross prices. Checkout displays the total amount payable based on the shipping address and currency provided by the Customer and the applicable tax rules.

The Online Store clearly displays delivery charges and other additional costs before the order is finalised. The Customer is not required to bear any additional cost about which they were not adequately informed before the contract was concluded.

When announcing a price reduction, the Seller indicates the previous price in accordance with the price display rules in effect at the time. The conditions for coupons and discounts are set out in the communications for the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, multiple coupons cannot be combined.

In the event of an obvious technical or price display error that any reasonable Customer would recognise, the Seller may decline to accept the order before the contract is formed. If the contract has already been formed, the parties' rights are governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code on mistake and contractual declarations; these Terms do not restrict the Consumer's mandatory rights.

9. Payment methods

Checkout displays the payment methods actually available for the relevant delivery country, device, browser and order. The Online Store supports the following payment methods:

Online card payment through Shopify Payments;

Apple Pay, where supported by the Customer's device, browser and region;

Google Pay, where available;

Shop Pay, where available;

Cash on delivery, where offered at checkout for the relevant delivery country and delivery method.

The availability of cash on delivery and any associated charge may vary by delivery country or delivery method. The exact cash-on-delivery charge is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

For online payments, card or digital wallet details are processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own security and privacy rules. As a general rule, the Seller does not receive or store the full card number or the card security code. The payment service provider may require additional authentication, such as strong customer authentication.

If payment fails, the order may not be accepted. The Customer may initiate a new payment using the options provided at checkout or by customer service.

Before a contract is formed, the Seller may restrict cash-on-delivery payment for a new order placed by a Customer whose shipment under an earlier contract with the Seller was demonstrably not accepted or collected for a reason attributable to the Customer, without a valid notice of withdrawal. In such cases, the Seller may offer payment in advance. The Customer will be informed of the reason for the restriction and the available payment options no later than before the new order is accepted. The Customer may ask customer service to review the circumstances and the restriction. A valid withdrawal, or failure to accept or collect a shipment due to a fault of the Seller or the delivery partner, does not, in itself, justify this restriction. The payment terms of a contract already formed cannot be unilaterally changed under this provision.

10. Invoicing

The Seller issues an invoice for the purchase. The Számlázz.hu service may be used in the invoicing process. The invoice may be sent electronically to the email address provided by the Customer or by a method provided by the invoicing system.

The Customer must provide accurate and correct billing details. Billing details may be changed retrospectively only to the extent permitted by accounting and tax legislation.

11. Delivery area methods and charges

The Seller delivers to European Union Member States. The delivery countries and addresses that can be selected at checkout are the destinations that can actually be served at that time.

Delivery is generally made by GLS or by another contracted logistics partner displayed at checkout. Checkout shows the delivery methods available for the relevant order.

Standard delivery is free for orders with a gross product value of at least HUF 18,000. The threshold applies to the product value after discounts, excluding delivery charges and other additional charges. For payments in another currency, the condition displayed at checkout corresponding to the HUF 18,000 threshold applies.

For a product value below HUF 18,000, the delivery charge depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method. The system automatically calculates the exact charge based on the delivery address and selected delivery method and displays it before the Customer submits an order that entails an obligation to pay.

Detailed delivery and payment information is available on the Shipping and Payment page and supplements the pre-contractual information forming part of these Terms.

12. Time for performance and delivery

The expected dispatch or delivery time is indicated on the product page, at checkout or in order-related communications. The stated delivery times may be estimates, particularly for international deliveries. Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller performs the contract no later than 30 days after it is concluded.

If the Seller anticipates that it will be unable to meet the agreed deadline for performance, it informs the Customer without undue delay and provides the options required by law.

In a consumer sale, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product. If the Consumer commissions a carrier through an arrangement not offered by the Seller, the risk passes when the product is handed over to that carrier, without prejudice to the Consumer's rights against the carrier.

12.1. Cooperation during delivery

The Customer must provide accurate and correct contact and delivery details and cooperate in accepting a shipment tendered for delivery in accordance with the contract. For delivery to a parcel collection point or parcel locker, the shipment can be collected within the collection period specified in the notification. Where possible, the Customer should promptly inform customer service of any anticipated obstacle to delivery or any error in their details.

12.2. Failure to accept or collect a shipment and withdrawal

Failure to accept or collect a shipment, missing the collection deadline or the mere return of the shipment does not, in itself, constitute a notice of withdrawal by the Consumer. To withdraw, the Consumer must clearly communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to the Seller using one of the methods set out in Section 14.

The Consumer may also exercise their statutory right of withdrawal during the period between conclusion of the contract and receipt of the goods, including after the shipment has been dispatched. Withdrawal is not conditional on the Consumer giving notice before dispatch. Before the contract is formed, the Consumer may also withdraw their offer to order.

12.3. Documented costs associated with failure to accept or collect a shipment

If a contract has been formed and the Seller has tendered the shipment for delivery in accordance with the contract, but acceptance or collection fails for a reason attributable to the Customer without a valid notice of withdrawal, this may, depending on the circumstances, constitute delay in accepting performance under Section 6:156 of the Hungarian Civil Code or a breach of contract.

In such a case, subject to the conditions of the Hungarian Civil Code's rules on damages, the Seller may seek reimbursement of necessary and documented logistics costs causally connected to the breach of contract, particularly the costs of unsuccessful delivery and return transport of the shipment. The legal basis and amount of each claim are assessed individually, taking account of statutory grounds for exemption from liability, the duty to mitigate loss and amounts already paid or otherwise recovered. The same cost cannot be recovered twice.

For information: based on the Seller's current partner fee schedule, the usual logistics cost associated with unsuccessful delivery and return transport of an uncollected shipment within Hungary is HUF 3,000. This amount is not an automatically charged flat fee; the Seller may request only the amount actually incurred and documented for the relevant order that can lawfully be claimed. No arbitrary administration fee, labour charge or penalty is charged under this provision.

The Seller communicates a claim for reimbursement in a reasoned notice sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The notice includes the order identifier, the circumstances of the unsuccessful delivery, the legal basis of the claim, an itemised statement and evidence of the costs, and the payment method and deadline. The Seller allows at least 8 calendar days from receipt of the notice for payment.

The Customer may dispute the legal basis or amount of the claim through customer service and report a delivery error, a previously communicated withdrawal or other relevant circumstances. Failure to respond does not constitute acknowledgement of the claim. The Seller investigates the objection and withdraws any claim made without a legal basis or adjusts it to the amount established.

The Customer cannot be charged for the costs of a delivery that fails due to a fault of the Seller or the delivery partner. In the event of a valid withdrawal by a Consumer, irrespective of when it is communicated, Section 14 and the rules on costs in Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) apply; the full cost of outward and return transport, or the HUF 3,000 mentioned above, cannot automatically be charged to the Consumer.

12.4. Re-dispatch

A shipment that was not accepted or collected may be dispatched again following separate arrangements with the Customer. Before re-dispatch, the parties agree on any new delivery charge and the payment method. If re-dispatch is necessary due to a fault of the Seller or its delivery partner, the Seller bears the cost. These arrangements do not restrict the Customer's statutory right to demand performance or the Consumer's right of withdrawal and other mandatory rights.

13. Packaging and heat-sensitive products

The Seller aims to use discreet packaging appropriate to the nature of the product. Certain products, particularly chocolate or other heat-sensitive products, may require special packaging or seasonal delivery measures in warm weather.

The Customer must inspect the delivered product and its storage instructions within a reasonable time. In the event of damage, melting, a defective product or an incorrect product, the Customer is advised to contact customer service promptly. A late notification does not, in itself, extinguish the Consumer's statutory rights concerning the Seller's liability for defective performance or other mandatory rights.

14. The Consumer's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

For a distance contract, the Consumer has the right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). For a sale of goods, the period generally runs from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For multiple goods delivered at different times, the period runs from receipt of the last goods delivered. The Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between conclusion of the contract and receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised:

using the Online Store's "withdraw from the contract" online function;

by sending an unequivocal statement to hello@lustiqlab.com;

by posting an unequivocal statement to the Seller's registered office;

using the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms and the Withdrawal and Returns Policy.

The submission confirmation for the online withdrawal function is labelled "confirm withdrawal". The Seller acknowledges receipt of an online withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium; the acknowledgement includes the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of submission.

The Consumer must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal to the following address: 1011 Budapest, Fő utca 56., Hungary - Natural Bond Kft. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the Seller expressly agrees to bear it.

The Seller refunds the full amount paid by the Consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. The Seller is not required to refund additional costs resulting from the Consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered. The refund is made using the original payment method unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method and incurs no additional cost as a result.

For a sale of goods, the Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or the Consumer has provided conclusive evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The Consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases exempted by law, particularly for goods made to the Consumer's specifications or at their express request that are clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. The Seller applies these exceptions only where the statutory conditions are actually met.

The detailed rules are set out in the Withdrawal and Returns Policy.

The Seller treats a Consumer's valid withdrawal in accordance with the rules on statutory withdrawal even if dispatch, unsuccessful delivery or return of the shipment occurred before the notice of withdrawal was communicated. In connection with withdrawal, the Consumer bears no additional cost or obligation beyond those permitted by Sections 23-28 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).

15. Voluntary 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to statutory withdrawal rights and statutory rights concerning defects, the Seller provides a voluntary 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all Lustiq products purchased from the getlustiq.hu Online Store.

If the Customer is not satisfied with a product, they may submit a claim to hello@lustiqlab.com within 30 calendar days of receiving it. It is sufficient to provide the order number and identify the product concerned; a detailed explanation is not required.

The guarantee also applies to products that have been opened and tried as intended. The Seller may request that the remaining product and its packaging be returned to 1011 Budapest, Fő utca 56., Hungary - Natural Bond Kft. In that case, the Customer bears the direct cost of the return unless the Seller provides otherwise.

Under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the Seller refunds the purchase price actually paid for the product concerned. As a voluntary additional right, this guarantee does not cover the original delivery charge, the cash-on-delivery charge or the cost of returning the product, unless their reimbursement is otherwise required by law.

We initiate the refund to the original payment method, where technically possible, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the guarantee claim is accepted or, if the Seller has requested a return, after the product has been received back.

The 30-day guarantee does not affect or restrict the Consumer's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, rights concerning the Seller's liability for defective performance, statutory product warranty rights or other mandatory rights.

16. Defective performance and the Seller's statutory liability for defects

The Seller performs defectively if, at the time of performance, the product does not meet the quality requirements set out in the contract or by law. Performance is not defective if the Consumer knew, or should have known, of the defect when the contract was concluded.

Under the Seller's statutory liability for defects (kellékszavatosság), the Consumer may choose to request repair or replacement, unless the selected remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate additional costs on the Seller compared with another remedy. If the Consumer has not requested, or could not request, repair or replacement, they may request a proportionate reduction in the price or terminate the contract under the conditions prescribed by law. Under a contract between a consumer and a business for the sale of movable goods, the Consumer may not repair the defect themselves, or have it repaired by another person, at the Seller's expense.

Repair or replacement must be carried out within an appropriate time, taking account of the product's characteristics and its intended use as reasonably expected by the Consumer, and with due regard for the Consumer's interests.

The Consumer must report a defect without delay after discovering it. A defect reported within two months of discovery is considered to have been reported without delay. As a general rule, a claim under the Seller's statutory liability for defects cannot be enforced after the two-year limitation period from performance of the contract has expired.

A defect discovered within one year of performance is presumed, unless proved otherwise, to have existed at the time of performance, unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the defect. After one year, as a general rule, the Consumer must prove that the defect existed at the time of performance.

17. Statutory product warranty

In the event of a defect in movable goods, the Consumer may choose to bring a claim against the Seller under its statutory liability for defects or a statutory product warranty claim against the product's manufacturer or distributor.

Under a statutory product warranty claim (termékszavatosság), the Consumer may request only repair or replacement of the defective product. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in effect when it was placed on the market or does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer.

A statutory product warranty claim may be brought within two years of the manufacturer placing the product on the market. The right expires at the end of that period. The Consumer must prove that the product was defective when the manufacturer placed it on the market.

The manufacturer or distributor is exempt from its statutory product warranty obligations only in the circumstances specified by law.

18. Statutory guarantee

If the Online Store sells new durable consumer goods covered by Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) or other mandatory guarantee rules, the Consumer has the guarantee rights provided by law. The detailed conditions of any mandatory guarantee (jótállás) are contained in the guarantee information supplied with the product.

The 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary money-back commitment by the Seller rather than a statutory guarantee under these rules.

19. Complaint handling

The Customer may submit a complaint concerning the operation of the Online Store, their order, a product or the Seller's conduct using the following contact details:

Email: hello@lustiqlab.com

Telephone: +36 30 848 7788

Postal address: 1011 Budapest, Fő utca 56-58., 3rd floor, door 21, Hungary

Where possible, the Seller immediately examines an oral complaint and remedies it as necessary. If immediate investigation is not possible or the Customer disagrees with the handling of the complaint, the Seller draws up the record required by law.

The Seller provides a substantive written response to a written complaint within 30 days of receipt, in a verifiable manner. If an electronic complaint form is provided, receipt is promptly acknowledged at the email address supplied. The Seller retains the complaint, the substantive response and any record required by law for three years.

20. Conciliation bodies and consumer protection authorities

If a complaint is rejected or a dispute cannot be resolved, the Consumer may refer the matter to a conciliation body. The Seller is required to cooperate in conciliation proceedings.

The conciliation body with jurisdiction based on the Seller's registered office is:

Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board)
Address: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., 3rd floor, room 310, Hungary
Postal address: 1253 Budapest, P.O. Box 10, Hungary
Email: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu
Telephone: +36 1 488 21 31

The Consumer may also contact the conciliation body with jurisdiction based on their domicile or place of residence. Current contact details for conciliation bodies are available on the official websites of the consumer protection authority and the conciliation bodies.

For consumer protection matters, the Consumer may also contact the competent consumer protection authority. The customer service details of the Nemzeti Kereskedelmi és Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatóság (National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority) are: 1122 Budapest, Városmajor utca 35., Hungary; email: ugyfelszolgalat@nkfh.gov.hu; telephone: 06 80 310 020.

These Terms do not include an outdated reference to the European Union's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

21. Copyright and use of the Online Store

The content of the Online Store, including the Lustiq name, brand elements, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions and other creative materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark law or other intellectual property rights. Use of the Online Store does not transfer any intellectual property right to the Customer.

Copying content for business purposes, downloading it in bulk, republishing it or using it without permission is prohibited unless permitted by law or by the rights holder's prior written consent.

22. Liability and availability of the Online Store

The Seller aims to ensure the secure and continuous operation of the Online Store; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, service provider outages or technical events beyond the Seller's control.

No provision of these Terms excludes or limits any liability of the Seller that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In relation to Consumers, mandatory consumer protection, product safety and defective performance rules take precedence.

23. Data protection and cookies

The detailed rules on processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy. In addition to strictly necessary technologies, the Online Store uses analytics, marketing, affiliate and similar cookies or technologies only in accordance with the applicable consent rules.

24. Amendments to these Terms

The Seller may amend these Terms for the future, particularly due to changes in legislation, regulatory practice, technology or business processes. Amendments do not retroactively affect contracts already formed, unless required by mandatory legislation or unless the change is more favourable to the Consumer.

The current version is available in the Online Store. In the event of a material amendment, the Seller provides notice in a manner appropriate to the circumstances.

25. Governing law and severability

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed, in particular, by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection and the applicable European Union consumer protection rules.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The mandatory statutory provision applies in place of the invalid provision.

26. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
